House Rules
- No pets allowed - No events allowed - No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed - Quiet hours: 10PM - 7AM - No commercial photography or filming allowed without approval - Locals must communicate with the host before booking this unit - Occupancy Limits: There cannot be more than four (4) guests in or on the property at any one point in time. The violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. - Community Guidelines: Guest will respect and follow any and all community guidelines listed inside the House Rules, House Manual , the unit or posted anywhere on the property. - Self Check In: This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you are being provided by Airbnb through either the House Manual or Check in Guide. - Fees: $200 per day smoking $50 late check out $50 lost key -In the event that you do not follow the House Rules and it leads to the host having to discount or refund the next guest, you will be responsible for any and all expenses and/or lost revenue. - You agree that you are booking in good will and will follow all Rules & Regulations of this property.
